Part-Time Marketing & Studio Assistant
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, organized person to join our team at Fontaine Photography as a Part-Time Marketing & Studio Assistant.
This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, content creation, branding, and storytelling, while also being willing to jump in and help behind the scenes at the studio when needed.
We are not looking for someone who just posts photos.
We’re looking for someone who can help bring our brand to life online through creative content, behind-the-scenes moments, team culture, client transformations, and storytelling that actually connects with people.
Responsibilities
Marketing + Content Creation
- Create and post engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during photoshoots, team moments, client experiences, and studio life
- Create creative reels and video content that showcase our process, personality, transformations, and brand story
- Help brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas and trends
- Organize and manage content folders and marketing assets
- Assist with keeping our social media active, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice
Advertising + Growth
- Help manage and monitor Meta/Facebook ad campaigns proactively
- Watch campaign performance and communicate issues, trends, or opportunities
- Assist with marketing promotions and launches
Studio + Client Support
- Assist on photoshoots when needed
- Help with client communication and studio organization
- Support the team with day-to-day studio tasks as needed
- Help create a smooth, high-end client experience
Editing + Retouching
- Assist with photo retouching and image preparation
- Organize and manage galleries/files when needed
Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content
- Comfortable filming and editing reels/content on a phone
- Creative eye for branding, storytelling, and aesthetics
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Positive attitude and team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Meta Ads, Canva, CapCut or similar programs is a bonus
