This is not a salaried position. It consists of 4-6 shifts per week. We do not guarantee 40 hours per week. We do not offer benefits for this position.
This role assists in directing and controlling the culinary operations of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis. The Culinary Supervisor will ensure that he/she leads his/her team to execute the expectations of our guests. This will be achieved through amazing food quality, efficient timing executions, and a strict adherence to cleanliness standards.
-Daily shift management, including labour controls and line check systems .
-Developing team members through effective coaching
-Managing daily culinary systems (Temps, Line Checks, Portion Controls, Etc.)
-Ensuring company cleanliness standards are being met.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-Excellent high volume culinary production skills
-Team leadership in highly engaged kitchen area
-Execution of revenue periods
-The ability to lead others efficiently
