Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will support daily warehouse operations, coordinate outbound freight, prepare accurate export documentation, and help ensure shipments move efficiently across borders. Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, labeling, inventory accuracy, and coordination of outbound freight.
- Prepare accurate commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, export declarations, and other shipping documentation.
- Monitor shipments from origin to destination, resolve delays, and communicate proactive status updates to internal teams and customers.
- Ensure shipments comply with customs regulations, Incoterms, dangerous goods requirements, HS codes, valuation, and country-of-origin requirements.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve holds, routing issues, approvals, and special documentation needs.
- Maintain shipment logs, update ERP/WMS systems, analyze logistics performance, and identify opportunities to improve cost, accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
