Lotus Cleaning is one of Calgary's highest-rated carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning companies. We are seeking an experienced Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Cleaning Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional results and outstanding customer service.
This is not an entry-level cleaning position. We are looking for a technician with previous carpet cleaning experience who is confident working independently in customers' homes, operating professional cleaning equipment, and communicating professionally with clients. Experience operating truckmounts, portable extractors, CRBs, rotary machines, or similar professional carpet cleaning equipment is preferred and will be given strong consideration.
The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, detail-oriented, and comfortable recommending additional services when they genuinely benefit the customer.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform in-home cleaning of carpets and upholstery
- Conduct in-plant cleaning of area rugs
- Engage directly with clients to build trust and rapport
- Educate customers on additional cleaning and treatment options
- Complete invoices and basic paperwork accurately
- Drive company vehicles, maintaining a consistent and timely schedule with clients

- Physically fit, able to lift up to 100 lbs unassisted
