Inventory & Shipping Coordinator
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations.
Responsibilities
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming POS.
Verify deliveries against purchase orders (POs) and report discrepancies.
Create, manage, and update product barcodes/scancodes/ price tags
Process and track shipments using shipping platforms, including ShipStation.
Assist with product and inventory management in Shopify.
Understand and manage shipping costs, carrier options, and shipment insurance requirements.
Organize inventory and ensure products are stored accurately and efficiently in the warehouse.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations( thus we have to really detail as it should be)
Support general warehouse and inventory-related administrative tasks.
Use computer systems and software confidently for inventory, shipping, and data entry tasks.
Qualifications
Experience in inventory management, receiving, and shipping operations.
Familiarity with Shopify and ShipStation.
Experience creating and managing barcodes/scancodes.
Ability to read and verify purchase orders and shipping documentation.
Understanding of shipping rates, freight costs, and insurance procedures.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Reliable, responsible, and committed to accuracy.
Preferred
Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or online fulfillment environments.
Experience with inventory management software and shipping carriers.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working with inventory systems, shipping platforms, and computer-based processes.
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
