The Brand Kinton Ramen is an energetic and authentic ramen restaurant. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable server and kitchen staff to join our team at Marine Gateway Kinton Ramen. This opportunity is available for both part-time and full-time positions. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the food industry is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Wages: Negotiable base wage plus tips, with opportunities for raises

Responsibilities
Take and serve customer orders accurately using POS systems(Server)
Provide friendly and attentive guest services to ensure a positive dining experience(Server)
Handle food preparation and ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained(Kitchen stuff)
Assist in food handling and presentation according to restaurant standards(Server)
Manage cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and change(Server)
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations(Server and kitchen stuff)
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales(Server)
Support kitchen staff with food prep during busy periods as needed(Kitchen stuff)
Ensure timely service and cleaning by managing time effectively during shifts(Server)
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of POS systems, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes
Kitchen experience or food handling knowledge is advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
