We're looking for a detail-oriented RV Detailer to join our team and help us make every RV showroom-ready.
About the Role
As an RV Detailer, you'll be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and preparing new and used RVs, travel trailers, and motorhomes for delivery, display, and service. You'll play a key role in customer satisfaction by ensuring every unit looks its absolute best, inside and out.
Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, and buff RV exteriors, including fiberglass, aluminum, and painted surfaces
- Clean and condition interiors, including upholstery, carpets, cabinetry, and appliances
- Remove decals, adhesive residue, road tar, and oxidation as needed
- Apply paint sealant, ceramic/wax coatings, fabric protection, and undercoating treatments
- Clean windows, mirrors, and awnings
- Perform minor touch-up work and prep units for photography, delivery, or sale
- Inspect units for damage or issues and report findings to management
- Maintain detailing equipment, chemicals, and supplies in good working order
- Follow all safety procedures when working with cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Keep the detail bay and work areas clean and organized
- Maintain cleanliness of the showroom floor and displayed units
- Keep office spaces (front desk, sales offices, restrooms, break room) clean and presentable
Qualifications
- Previous detailing experience preferred (auto, marine, or RV); training available for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a shop environment in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/climb ladders for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (for moving units on the lot)
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Experience installing trailer hitches and general handyman skills an asset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
