Reporting to the Founders of Rove Concepts, this Customer Care & Sales Leader will help manage our amazing customer care team while driving new business initiatives forward. With autonomy on ways to encourage sales across the North American markets, this opportunity is an incredible chance to play a pivotal, high-impact role to the operations of a growing organization.

What you’ll be in charge of:

Customer Care

  • Create a customer-centric environment by educating team members on customer feedback,
  • Implement and further establish KPI reporting, metrics, and analytics within the Customer Care team
  • Ensure communication of accountability, proper prioritization, and alignment of deliverables to organizational goals

Drive B2B Sales

  • Build client relationships while scaling this new business initiative
  • Identify and explore growth of new, unexplored markets such as hospitality, work spaces, and showrooms across North America

Drive D2C Sales

  • Understand the business and market to capitalize on competitive advantages and to plan growth moving forward
  • Regularly achieve sales targets, KPIs, and consistently explore other avenues of potential growth from a client perspective

People Management

  • Ensure the right structure of people and resources are in place to support the needs of the business,
  • Build a high performing team
  • Inspire, motivate, coach, and lead by example as a collaborator and as a mentor

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service & leadership role, managing a team
  • Experience in a progressive eCommerce organization
  • Proven dedication to constant growth and learning via continuous education and learning
  • Proven experience driving teams to success using proactive approaches through the people-centric belief of growing and empowering others
  • Ability to manage up as well as manage individual teams
  • Superior leadership skills of relationship building, motivating, coaching, and aligning teams to business objectives to live and breath the organization’s mission and values
  • Exceptional business acumen with a strong focus on financials
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented by nature, an analytical problem-solver
  • Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes as they come
  • Self-aware, approachable, and ability to work without ego
