Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator/ Batch Maker to join their team. As a Forklift Operator/ Batch Maker, you will be part of the Production department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Operator/ Batch Maker
Location: Brampton, ON
Pay Range: $21– $23/hr
Shift: Rotational Shift (Monday – Friday)
What's the Job?
- Operate production equipment and follow all processing instructions and standard operating procedures
- Accurately prepare, mix, and process batches according to specifications
- Safely operate a forklift to support production and material handling (Forklift certification required)
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and production data
- Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid forklift license/certification
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders
- Mechanical aptitude and/or relevant technical experience
- Ability to safely lift and handle loads up to 50 lbs
