Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Journeyman / Red Seal Automotive Service Technician for our Cam Clark Ford Lincoln location in North Vancouver, BC.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are maintained and repaired safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
You will be accountable for:
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle concerns.
- Performing maintenance, repair, and warranty work.
- Conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections.
- Repairing engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, brake, and electrical systems.
- Completing routine services including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and alignments.
- Following manufacturer repair procedures and warranty requirements.
- Accurately documenting diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations.
- Communicating effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Personnel, and fellow Technicians.
- Maintaining productivity, efficiency, and workmanship standards.
- Assisting and mentoring apprentices when appropriate.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications
Required
- Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certification
- Valid Driver's Licence with a clean Driver's Abstract
- Minimum 2 years of technician experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
Preferred
- Ford dealership experience
- Ford STARS training
- Ford Senior or Master Technician designation
- EV / High-Voltage Certification
- Diesel / Power Stroke experience
- ADAS Diagnostics and Calibration experience
- Advanced electrical diagnostic skills
- Proven history of strong flat-rate productivity

Employment Details
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $45.00 to $55.00+ Flat Rate per Hour. Compensation will be determined based on experience, certifications, manufacturer training, and overall qualifications.
