The Service Shuttle Driver is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with customers. Shuttle Drivers provide a high level of customer service and ensure that shuttle vehicles are kept in top condition.

Job Duties:
- Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner
- Pick up and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service
- Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent
- Listens to and documents customer needs and expectations throughout the visit
- Review and maintain rental inventory to determine rent outs, availability, and services due
- Additional duties as assigned
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
- Organized with attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs
- Flexible and open to change; can take on special tasks as needed
- Ability to manage customer concerns and solve difficult problems
- Self-motivated with excellent work ethic
- Loves a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills and an understanding of technology
