Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, assist with questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Operate POS system and Lottery Terminal and take payments, including cash handling and credit card transactions
- Manage cashier duties efficiently, ensuring store is cleaned, washrooms are cleaned and the store is stocked and ready for business
- Ensure outside of the store, garbages, windshield washer fluid and pump island are clean
Qualifications
- Prior retail background is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly under pressure
- Knowledge of safety, customer service, lottery is beneficial
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
