Marketing & Sales Initiatives:
Responsible for collaborating with internal and external partners to plan and execute field sales initiatives that drive topline growth:
Plan and execute National and Regional Targeted Sales Initiatives (TSIs)
Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide feedback on TSIs prior to launch
Ability to reference various customer lists for TSI assignment
Oversee the execution of TSIs and help drive completion rate
Responsible for gathering post TSI analysis for presentation to senior leaders
Share TSI completion results with contributors and provide reporting
Onboard National and Regional stakeholders and educate them on TSI processes
Continue to build and enhance TSI processes to drive efficiencies
Collaborate with Sales Logistics Planning (SLP) team to plan and execute Sales Visits for frontline field sales
Leverage sales execution model to schedule and pull sales visits monthly
Liaison with national and regional stakeholders to align on banner visit frequency
Reporting & Analytics:
Support CSI Analyst with data mining and reporting
Leverage internal data resources to pull trends as they relate to Sales Visit, TSI and Order Visit execution
Software Enhancements, Revenue and Business Growth:
Partner with Commercial Execution team on prospecting initiatives for Frontline Field Sales
Work with internal stakeholders on projects that drive revenue and growth
Liaison with partner bottlers to learn best practices and bring them to CCCBL
Participate in the development and implementation of tools that help drive efficiencies for frontline
Assist CSI Analyst with software UAT, troubleshooting and scheduled upgrades
Understanding of Coke Canada system
1-3 years of sales or marketing experience
Self-motivated and ability to work individually and collaboratively deliver results
Results oriented work ethic
Persuasive and enthusiastic
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Bilingual an asset
Expert skills in Excel, Access, Powerpoint. Power BI required
SAP, Margin Minder, Craft experience preferred
Excellent time-management and organization skills
Must be available to travel 10%
