Responsibilities
- Sell residential real estate
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Prepare comparative market analyses to help determine property values
- Educate clients on real estate procedures, transactions, and market conditions
- Generate and follow up with leads
- Maintain your Real Estate License and remain compliant with industry requirements
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

$60,000 – $200,000+ per year, based on production and experience.
