Cabinetry Project Manager / Technical Designer
Location: Etobicoke, ON

Devix Kitchens is hiring an experienced Cabinetry Project Manager / Technical Designer to take ownership of custom cabinetry projects after the sale.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, designers, contractors, and builders
- Confirm all project details, appliance specifications, finishes, hardware, and site requirements
- Complete accurate site measurements throughout the GTA and Muskoka.
- Prepare detailed, production-ready cabinetry drawings using Mozaik
- Send drawings for approval and complete all required revisions
- Track approvals, selections, changes, deadlines, and missing information
- Coordinate pricing or schedule changes with management before confirming them to the client
- Release complete, approved projects to the production manager
- Coordinate the project through production, delivery, installation, deficiencies, and completion
Requirements
- Professional experience with Mozaik or Cabinet Vision - MIN 5 YEARS of FULL TIME DRAFTING IN THESE PROGRAMMS
- Friendly, positive, professional, and easy to work with
- Highly responsive to phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Proactive and comfortable speaking with customers and trades
- Mozaik experience preferred; training may be provided to experienced Cabinet Vision users
- Strong knowledge of custom cabinetry construction and installation
- Experience taking ACCURATE site measurements
- Strong written and verbal communication in ENGLISH
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently, and work under pressure.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
