A well-established boutique litigation firm, seeks a Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate should have 3 to 10+ years of experience in Personal Injury.
Requirements:
- outstanding storytelling ability;
- knowledge of personal injury law;
- experience in attending Examinations for Discovery, Mediations, LAT hearings and settlement conferences;
- appearing in court to argue motions and attend pre-trials and trials;
- conducting settlement negotiations;
- reviewing legal and factual issues, and advising clients accordingly;
- drafting legal documents, and
- an ability to work independently with clients.

The law firm is located at Yonge and Sheppard in North York, (inside the Sheppard Centre) near the Sheppard Subway.
