Fox Burger is currently seeking an individual to join our kitchen as a Dishwasher. Located in Block 50, in the heart of the Leduc community, Fox Burger serves up smash-style burgers and features a rotating selection of Alberta craft beers. The Dishwasher will work as a member of the kitchen team, maintaining the dish area, and ensuring an expedient and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the kitchen team with ensuring a respectful and safe working environment
- Must be able to follow delegated tasks to ensure a productive and efficient kitchen team
- Must maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization for themselves and their workspace
- Ensuring that all opening, closing, prep and daily cleaning duty checklists are completed fully and properly
Skills & Abilities:
The dishwasher position does not require previous kitchen experience. A positive attitude, an eagerness to work, and a desire to gain new skills is essential. Being able to stand while working and being able to lift 50lb essential.
Qualifications:
- No experience working in a fast paced kitchen required, but is preferred
- Exceptional communication and time management skills required
- Preference will be given to applicants who have had previous experience in a similar style of restaurant
Compensation: A $15 - $17 hourly wage depending on experience, plus gratuities and benefits (benefits to be determined based on time employed within the company).
