Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) - Heavy Equipment Parts
Global Wholesale Parts supplies Global Quality Parts (GQP) - OEM exact-match parts for heavy construction and mining equipment, with our deepest coverage on Caterpillar. We're hiring a Product Support Sales Representative.
This is an outside sales role with an established customer base. You'll be with customers - contractors, mine sites, fleet maintenance managers - most of the week.
Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission.
What you'll do:
- Own and grow your accounts: account planning, existing customer management, and new business development
- Quote parts accurately from machine model and serial number - filters, batteries, undercarriage and running gear, GET, engine kits and accessories
- Resolve customer issues: warranty, backorders, cross-references, sourcing
- Build and maintain a real pipeline in CRM; hit and beat sales KPIs
- Work closely with inside parts, purchasing, and shipping
- Stay current on product, competitor pricing, and customer activity
What you need:
- 5+ years outside sales managing large accounts (heavy equipment, industrial, mining supply, or heavy-duty parts)
- 3+ years heavy-duty parts sales or product support
- Valid driver's licence and clean abstract
- Travel to customers required; may include 1–3 day overnight trips
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to work independently
Assets:
- Product knowledge across Caterpillar, John Deere, Cummins, or Komatsu, and familiarity with illustrated parts manuals
- Journeyman parts ticket or shop and mechanical background
- Experience working in HubSpot CRM
- Existing customer relationships in the heavy equipment trade
You do not need a trade ticket to apply. A proven heavy-duty parts sales track record matters more

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
