Job Overview:
We at CDR Rentals are a leading rental company specializing in medium-duty equipment track machines (skid steers, excavators and all the attachments). We are seeking a mechanically inclined yardman /shop hand to join our team. Role involves operating and assisting rental customers in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating track skid steers and other rental equipment.
- Perform routine inspections, light maintenance and cleaning of all equipment.
- Assist customers with safe operation, rental procedures and equipment guidance.
- Organize and maintain yard tools and equipment storage.
- Conduct minor repairs and trouble shoot mechanical issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined with strong equipment operation skills.
- Proven experience operating skid steers and excavators.
- Familiarity with tools and yard organization.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and work outdoors.
