Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety standards are met, and contributing to the successful completion of building new homes and complete renovations . This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in heavy equipment operation, home building, and general construction activities within a dynamic work environment.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and
- Assist with excavation, pouring footings, ICF foundations, Pouring concrete slabs
- Assist with framing, siding/facia/soffit, roofing, windows and doors, drywall, and all aspects of finished carpentry
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and productivity
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries during construction activities
- Experience
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is mandatory
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, and general construction processes is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials or equipment as needed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
