Job Title: Sports Marketing & Apparel Coordinator

Type: Full-Time (Week Nights and Weekend availability required during peak seasons April through July)

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This role involves both creative and operational responsibilities — from graphic design and online store management to customer fittings and order coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit artwork for apparel and accessories using Adobe Illustrator and other design tools
- Manage online orders, websites, and inventory systems
- Coordinate and conduct on-site and off-site team fittings for apparel and uniforms
- Collaborate with clients to ensure brand consistency and satisfaction
- Conduct decoration and customization processes (e.g., screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.)
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the order process
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotions as needed
- Support team operations during weekend events or fittings, particularly in peak seasons
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (experience in other Adobe Creative Suite tools an asset)
- Strong understanding of decoration methods and design for apparel and promotional products
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, website management, and inventory systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Availability to work week nights and weekends during busy periods
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
