Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences during overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse guest base.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, payments, and guest information during night audit shifts
- Handle guest complaints or issues with tact and professionalism, escalating as necessary
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming throughout the shift
- Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure overall guest satisfaction
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably and independently
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for serving diverse guests
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest services best practices
- Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and financial transactions
Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
