Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment through proactive surveillance, monitoring, and enforcement of security policies. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and quick response are essential.
The role is open for immediate Full time employment and would be filled as soon as we get right candidates (Prefers Night time Availability)
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security threats
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to ensure swift resolution of issues
- Safeguard clients against theft, Invasion and damage to property and trespassing.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, or surveillance is highly desirable
- Strong observational skills with the ability to recognize suspicious activity quickly
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, visitors, and emergency responders
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond decisively during emergencies
Requirements
- Alberta Security License
- Mobile phone for safety and Emergencies
- Own car
