In providing support for our Transportation – Bridges Team, the selected candidate will be called upon to revise and deliver high-quality texts, calculation files and other administrative project documents within established deadlines.


Draft and format minutes of meetings
Assist Project Managers in the drafting, correction and formatting of various documents (proposals, reports, quotes, letters, cost estimates, payment certificates, etc.)
Format a variety of documents in compliance with the standards established by the company
Verify files and documents to be submitted to clients (accuracy of calculations, compliance, signatures, printing, etc.) in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures and instructions, and in compliance with the client’s specific requirements, as applicable
Correct and revise documents (linguistic and grammatical)
Draft and send correspondence
Carry out filing tasks
Compile information pertaining to individuals assigned to projects and keep it updated
Open new projects and proposals in the computer system
Maintain an updated list of active files
Carry out all other related tasks


DVS or DCS in Secretarial Studies / Office Automation or other relevant training
Complete proficiency in French (oral and written) and ability to synthesize and draft texts
Ability to draft clear, accurate and complete texts confidently, quickly and efficiently
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail and the quality of the work produced
Sense of responsibility, organization and initiative
Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Solid stress-management skills
Availability for traveling to various construction sites
Experience in the engineering or architecture sector is an asset
