Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Handyman with prior construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be familiar with common construction tools and have hands-on experience in various aspects of residential and commercial construction.
Duties
- Assist with general construction and renovation projects.
- Perform framing, drywall installation and repairs.
- Install tiles, flooring, baseboards, and trim work.
- Complete minor carpentry, painting, and finishing tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Follow site safety procedures and company standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of framing, drywall, tile installation, painting, and basic carpentry.
- Ability to safely use construction hand tools and power tools.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
