Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front of house daily operations, including service, guest relations, and daily floor management.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and support front of house staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the guest experience based on feedback and industry trends.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring the front of house is clean, organized, and well-staffed.
- Ensure smooth communication between front of house team and culinary team.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the restaurant.
- Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operational compliance.
- Uphold company policies, health and safety standards, and service expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience, as well as management or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
