About the role
As the UX/UI Design Co-op, you will be responsible for developing innovative design and conceptual thinking that differentiates and elevates technology solutions. This is more than crafting good looks. This is a dedication to building new experiences and user interactions.
You will partner with other product designers, product owners, and developers within LTA to build thoughtful and useful experiences that our customers just can't live without. You will work in a collaborative environment to research, ideate, design, and test new features and user experience improvements and ship accessible, industry-leading digital experiences.
You have a portfolio with recent case studies that demonstrate:
Your abilities to frame problems and opportunities to address customer or business concerns;
Your approaches to problem-solving and balancing conflicting stakeholder needs as well as business operational needs and constraints;
The key performance indicators you used to measure the efficiency of your solutions;
Your ability to use design as a tool to uncover what questions to ask what solutions to explore, and how to define and measure success.
