Schedule: part time, must be able to work from 7am to midnight.
Qualification:
- Class F (or higher) Ontario driver’s license required; clean driving record required
- Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to drive both standard (manual) and automatic transmission vehicles
- ·Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Previous hospitality or guest service experience considered an asset
- Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to lift, up to 50 lbs and push/pull fully loaded luggage carts
- Knowledge of Niagara region, Toronto airport, and local attractions/wineries considered an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will mainly be responsible for providing shuttle services including airport transfers, winery or local tours, and other transportation requests. Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, directions, local attractions, and events, and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
As a doorperson the candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests in a friendly and professional manner, assist with luggage delivery upon check-in and retrieval upon departure, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas.
