Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Tire Technician to join our team. This role involves performing tire repairs, replacements, and maintenance for commercial vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency on the road. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace tires on commercial vehicles using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tires and related components
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tire issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Lift heavy tires and equipment safely, adhering to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to clients
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use
- Assist in sales activities by recommending suitable tire products and services to customers
- Conduct safety checks to identify potential hazards around the work area
Experience
- Dealership experience or mechanic background is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance is essential
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and tire-changing equipment preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with automotive sales or product recommendations is beneficial

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
