We are seeking a talented Showroom Consultant to join our team. Our candidate must be self-motivated, outgoing, design savvy and contribute positively to an already successful team. As a Showroom Consultant, you will work closely with clients to provide tile solutions for their spaces, connect with industry experts, and build opportunity for yourself to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the showroom visit
- Aid potential clients and record visits
- Organize and maintain samples and marketing materials
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services
- Assist customers with processing orders and payments
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Assist in designing spaces based on client needs and preferences
- Sell and build relationships with clients through excellent consultations
Requirements:
- Comfortable in an inside sales role
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Demonstrated understanding of renovating spaces
- Skilled in selling design concepts and building lasting client relationships
- Experience in interior design or related field an asset, but not critical

Compensation:
- Starting Wage: $20/hr
- Quarterly sales compensation

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts Weekdays (Wednesdays off)
- 5 hours Saturdays
- Onsite (Showroom)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
