Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO and social media marketing, with experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving online traffic and revenue growth through the use of various marketing channels, with a focus on SEO and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and social media marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords for optimization
- Create and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor and analyze the website and social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and product managers, to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for SEO and social media marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and social media marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
- Experience with social media management tools and platforms, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer and Etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
