Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing, grading, and material handling to ensure smooth project flow
- Support rigging activities for lifting and positioning materials or equipment safely and accurately
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks like digging, assembling, or installing structural components
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all safety standards are met at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience working on construction sites with familiarity in civil construction processes
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for various construction activities
- Valid certifications or training in forklift operation, rigging, welding, or heavy equipment operation is an asset
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
