What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate medical assessments and follow-up appointments
- Manage patient charts, documentation, and test results with accuracy and attention to detail
- Liaise confidently with labs, physician offices, and clients to ensure seamless communication
- Provide exceptional, professional customer service, including confidently managing inbound calls and inquiries
- Take initiative to identify process improvements and support operational efficiency
- Contribute to a positive, organized, and high-performing team environment

- A strong communicator who can engage clients professionally—especially over the phone—with confidence and clarity
- A customer-focused individual who understands the importance of delivering a positive client experience at every interaction
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, including sound judgment, reliability, and a willingness to step in and support the team
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experienced in administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred)
- Post-secondary education with 3+ years of relevant experience
