Food Manufacturing Production Associate
Location: Cambridge, ON
Pay Rate: $19.00–$26.00 per hour

We are seeking Production Associates to support various departments, including Food Processing, Packaging, Machine Operation, Material Handling, and Production Support.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform food production, packaging, and assembly line duties.
- Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
- Supply production lines with materials and ingredients as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all GMP, health and safety, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labour is considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
