RFP Writer

KUBRA HQ is looking for a RFP Writer to join our Business Development team.

As a Technical Document Writer, you will support the response to Request for Proposals (RFP) from customers, or any related documentation along with the management of RFP related intellectual capital. It will be up to you to convey product information for RFP’s or other client requested information in the most clear and effective manner.

What you get to do every day
  • Respond to Request for Proposals and other client requested documentation
  • Research, write, edit and proofread complex product documentation for purposes of client request
  • Prepare presentations
  • Create, maintain and update RFP’s and other documents while compiling, organizing and writing product and sales documentation for opportunities and clients
  • Respond to all Business Development Related RFP’s working with sales/business development, IT, Service Delivery, Product Marketing and partner relations
What kind of person should you be?
  • You are an analytical & strategic thinker with excellent written & oral communications skills.
  • You possess an understanding of technical terminology and complex materials
  • You can explain technical concepts clearly, concisely and logically
  • You have a persuasive writing style that can generate interest in a company’s products or services
  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
  • Ability to analyze and organize disparate pieces of data request for response formulation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and learn quickly
  • You are proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities
  • A detail-oriented, multitasking master
What skills do you need?
  • 2+ years’ experience with Proposal/documentation writing
  • 2+ years’ experience with technical writing
  • University level education
