Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Form Setters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in residential foundation work and be proficient in setting forms, and ensuring precise measurements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and align forms for residential foundation projects..
- Ensure forms are properly braced and aligned to maintain structural integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
Compensation:
- $30 - $60 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
