We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Team Member to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective and existing clients, promoting the company's services, generating sales opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Duties and Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and in person to promote the company's products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up with customers regarding inquiries and orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales information in the company database.
- Meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues or escalate them when necessary.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and competitors.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or a related field.
Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
