Vincent Communication and Controls Ltd. is looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Parts Department. This leadership role is responsible for inventory management, purchasing, shipping and receiving, vendor relationships, and supervising our Parts Technicians to ensure our field operations have the materials they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional customer service.
- Supervise, mentor, schedule, and support Parts Technicians while assisting with hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Manage inventory control, including stock accuracy, min/max levels, cycle counts, variance investigations, and inventory adjustments.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, parts picking, staging, and accurate ERP inventory transactions.
- Coordinate purchasing activities by obtaining vendor quotations, creating purchase orders, monitoring budgets, and expediting critical materials.
- Manage returns, warranty claims, RMAs, and repairable equipment through to resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and freight providers while identifying cost-saving opportunities and preferred supplier agreements.
- Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips to ensure purchasing records are accurate and complete.
- Monitor parts pricing, markup accuracy, and inventory reporting, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure company vehicles, tools, equipment, and warehouse assets are properly maintained and ready for use.
- Promote a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with company policies, safe work practices, and applicable safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with field crews, project managers, and clients to ensure materials are available when and where they are needed.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Journeyman Red Seal Parts Technician certification.
- Class 5 Driver's Licence with an acceptable driver's abstract.
- 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Previous inventory, purchasing, or parts management experience.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
What Do We Have To Offer?
- Compensation will be based on a combination of experience and education. Salary ranges between $70,000.00 annually – $90,000.00 annually.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday with after hours on-call.
- Participation in the Family Extended Health Benefits program after completion of the 90-day probationary period.
- RRSP matching after 1 year of continuous employment.
