Ultrasound Technologist (Full-Time)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. This full-time position will involve working between our two clinic locations at 123 Edward Street and 960 Lawrence Avenue, providing high-quality ultrasound services in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Review patient histories and explain procedures clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinic staff to provide exceptional patient care.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and quality assurance standards are met.
- Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Certifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- Current registration and membership in good standing with CMRITO (College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario).
- Eligible to perform ultrasound examinations independently in Ontario.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound imaging procedures and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Sonography Canada certification.
- ARDMS credentials.
- Experience in general ultrasound, obstetrical/gynecological ultrasound, vascular ultrasound, or MSK ultrasound.
