Banff Social is looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Front of House (FOH) Support Staff to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for one shift a week or a full-time schedule, we'd love to hear from you. Casual positions are also available.
As part of our FOH Support team, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by assisting our servers and bartenders during service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
- Polishing glassware, cutlery, and plates.
- Assisting with table maintenance and resetting tables.
- Supporting servers and bartenders during busy service periods.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of FOH stations.
- Helping ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Providing friendly, professional service while working as part of a dynamic team.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling.
- From 1 shift per week up to 5 shifts per week.
- Casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities available.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is an asset.
