Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnership success.
- Strategic Outreach: Conduct market research and engage in targeted telemarketing and networking to reach prospective customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to align sales strategies with active promotional campaigns.
- Technical Sales Support: Develop a deep understanding of product specifications to provide expert consultations and address client inquiries.
- Client Success: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client needs and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, with a solid understanding of the sales lifecycle.
- Bilingualism: Professional-level fluency in both English and French is required.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence decision-makers.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology sales, including CRM software and technical product demonstrations.
- Mindset: A proactive self-starter who works well independently but thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
