Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for food excellence. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and inspire your team to create innovative and high-quality dishes that delight our guests.
Duties
- Supervise and manage the kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and food service personnel
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Develop and update menu offerings in collaboration with management, incorporating current food trends and customer preferences
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills, efficiency, and teamwork
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service hours by coordinating with front-of-house staff
- Serve as a leader in the kitchen by demonstrating best practices in food handling, cooking techniques, and hospitality
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Looking for a chef who can make INDIAN DISHES.
- Looking for a finger-lickin ' good chef. We need a wow response from the guest.
- Must be available full-time.
- Will help in PR Process as we are RCIP supported.
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
