Duties:
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of materials.
- Assist people in locating their required components.
- Receive incoming materials.
- Record and stock management.
- Ensure materials are delivered to the appropriate location or department, with a focus on quality.
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Able to lift 15-25 pounds repeatedly
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritize workload and understand urgency
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills (in English)
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, and email
- Able to reach at, above, or below shoulder height
- Able to climb stairs and ladders throughout the day
- Comfortable operating powered vehicles
- Continuous Improvement minded
Assets:
- Forklift, PowerJack, Fall Arrest, and Crane certification
- Experience in AS400
- Knowledge of Loewen quality standards
