MedPros provides clinic management services for medical clinics in Ontario.
MedPros currently has a call for applications for experienced Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) to help us manage a variety of primary care medical clinics in the Greater Toronto Area.
Available Positions:
- Remote / Virtual Casual MOA (work from home)
- MedPros Office Part-Time MOA (work from our office in Vaughan)
- In-Clinic Part-time / Casual MOA (work from our management clinics locations)
To be considered for any of the above positions, YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 1 year Ontario MOA experience
- Ontario Driver’s License (unless you are applying for the remote / virtual position)
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EMR) systems and medical office software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for Remote / Virtual Casual MOA (work from home)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
