Account Coordinator, Marketing - 12 Month Contract
As the Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the account management team to ensure customers are getting value and benefit from their desired programs. This person may also directly support a small portfolio of partners. In addition, the role will also involve some general admin & project coordination for the team.
The candidate must have some client services experience, preferably in a marketing- related role.
Responsibilities:
Partner Launch Coordination:
- Coordinate launch process with new Partners, deliver training, and educate key contacts in support of managing their marketing
Campaign & Marketing Support Coordination:
- Support Account Manager on execution and coordination of Partner’s Marketing initiatives
- Coordinate offer and campaign approvals and lead campaign execution/coordination for campaigns
Other responsibilities:
- Organizing training sessions and ad-hoc support for materials
- Managing office calendar, including coordination of key office events
- Back up for POS and grocery shipping
- SharePoint support
- Assess Partner needs/opportunities and create action plans
- Review and evaluate the effect of action plans – evolve as needed
- Recommend renewal terms and manage renewal process with Partners
Qualifications/Skills:
- 3+ years of previous client services/account management experience
- Previous loyalty program and/or marketing experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Versed in Microsoft Office products, including PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook
