On-Call Service Coordinator (Part-Time)
$20–$25/hour (office shifts) + flat rate for on-call coverage

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented On-Call Service Coordinator to help support our clients and caregivers during after-hours and scheduled office shifts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can stay calm under pressure.

1–2 weekdays in office: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Every other weekend on call: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:30 AM

2 evenings per week on call: 5:00 PM – 8:30 AM

Answer incoming calls from clients and caregivers with professionalism and urgency

Troubleshoot and resolve after-hours service issues

Coordinate schedules and fill open caregiver shifts

Accurately log calls, updates, and changes in scheduling software

Communicate schedule adjustments and urgent needs clearly and promptly

Provide general administrative and office support during daytime shifts

Prior administrative, coordination, or scheduling experience (required)

Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services (preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and make decisions in time-sensitive situations

Comfortable using basic computer systems and scheduling tools
