Job Summary
Calling warm leads, (clients that are already expecting a call about a long distance move) scheduling video walkthroughs with the owner of the business
Responsibilities
- Line up as many video walkthroughs as possible or in person walkthroughs for Dan (the owner) to work on selling our long distance moving services to them
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support sales efforts by coordinating appointments and follow-ups.
- Manage existing accounts by maintaining relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize SmartMoving for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for business development.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in outside sales or business development is preferred.
- Proficient in account management practices to maintain client relationships effectively.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
