We are currently searching for a Supervisor, Stewardship Field Services (North), reporting to the Director, Stewardship Strategy. This vacancy is a full-time, permanent position. This role supports The Beer Store’s (TBS) administration of Ontario’s Deposit Return System (DRS) for beverage containers. The Supervisor, Stewardship Field Services, plays a critical field‑based role ensuring the effective and compliant operation of the returns network across both TBS‑operated and third‑party sites, including LCOs and empty container dealers (ECDs).
The position focuses on strengthening on‑the‑ground relationships, supporting site onboarding and training, monitoring operational and compliance standards, and resolving issues that impact the customer and partner experience. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the role contributes to the stability, accessibility, and continuous improvement of the returns network, while supporting stewardship priorities, regulatory requirements, and consumer awareness initiatives.
