The Ideal Candidate:
✅ A self-reliant jack-of-all-trades who takes ownership of their work and enjoys working outdoors. ✅ Mechanically inclined – ensuring equipment is ready inspected and safe. ✅ Strong enough to handle the physical aspects of the job (able to lift 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions. ✅ Hydroseeding experience? You’ll be favored above the rest! ✅ Focused, punctual, reliable, and mindful of on-site safety protocols. Able to execute tasks without supervision. ✅ Basic math proficiency is helpful for measuring and mixing materials. ✅ Willing to work overtime hours and adapt to fluctuating work demands.
About the Job:
Install, maintain, and remove erosion control solutions (silt fencing, hydro-seeding, drill seeding, matting, irrigation setup/removal). Operate light equipment such as skid steers, tractors and mowers. Ensuring equipment is in top shape – inspecting, maintaining, and operating effectively. Towing a trailer is required. Personal transportation and a Class 3 (or 1) license are essential – truck driving is 5%-30% of the job.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00-$37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 50.0 per week
