- Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, supplies, or assistance as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and promptly addressing hazards
- Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision to aid in construction or maintenance activities
- Follow detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Contribute to team efforts by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Prior experience in general labour, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
